Underwrite commercial and consumer loan requests
Perform financial spreads and credit analysis
Prepare written credit narratives and recommendations
Support loan screening, approvals, and compliance
Assist with portfolio reporting and credit reviews
Work closely with the Chief Credit Officer on credit administration initiatives

Required

4–7+ years of underwriting or credit analysis experience
Ability to interpret financial statements and explain conclusions
Comfortable owning deals from intake through recommendation
Strong Excel and technical skills
Desire to work in-person and be part of a local banking team

Preferred

Community banking background strongly preferred
