Responsibilities
Serve as the lead project manager for assigned task orders
Coordinate with Government stakeholders including the KO, COR, Task Order Managers, and Program Management Office
Manage task order execution, schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics
Ensure technical solutions align with contract requirements and customer objectives
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies
Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery
Support reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications
Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or four (4) additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum of five (5) years of project management or relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibility in the IT and/or consulting fields (public and/or private sector)
Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibility in the IT and/or consulting fields (public and/or private sector)
Must possess an active Secret clearance
Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)
Experience supporting federal or DoD programs
Experience managing multiple concurrent task orders
Familiarity with government contracting environments
Experience working with KO/COR environments and compliance-driven programs
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination skills
Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
