BCI is a family-owned dealership that values hard work, integrity, and long-term growth. They are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to assist customers, generate sales, and provide knowledgeable product guidance on outdoor power equipment and tractors.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in person, by phone, and electronically with product selection and sales inquiries
Sell outdoor power equipment, tractors, and related accessories based on customer needs
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate sales documentation and support the sales process from inquiry to close
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
Continuously learn product features, specifications, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude with a professional, team-oriented mindset
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a desire to grow and increase earning potential
Willingness to learn new products, systems, and sales techniques
Preferred
Previous sales experience preferred (inside sales or equipment sales a plus)
