Responsibilities
Remain current with applicable government, agency, industry, and curriculum content materials, guidelines, policies, and adult learning theories
Effectively deliver face-to-face and virtual course instruction based on the current course certification outline, content, course materials, and timeline
Be able to demonstrate how Program Management concepts can be applied to multiple domains and industries, such as Healthcare, Construction and Information technology
Be able to facilitate student group activities, that will comprise 30 – 50% of course delivery
Communicate before and after classes to identify any specific client needs and suggest content modifications where required
Handle all attendee-related administrative matters proactively and satisfactorily before, during, and immediately after course completion
Maintain proficiency in using word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software, email, and web-based cloud storage and collaboration tools
Employ appropriate verbal and written communication styles to suit various audiences and interactions for diverse purposes and contexts
Be receptive to feedback, willing to learn, and foster continuous personal development
Qualification
Required
A four (4)-year college degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
At least three (3) years of instructor led training experience
At least two (2) years providing virtual instructor led training (VILT)
At least five (5) years of Program Management experience
At least three (3) years' experience on federal programs and projects within the last 10 years, either as a Federal civilian or a member of industry
Maintain proficiency in using word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software, email, and web-based cloud storage and collaboration tools
Employ appropriate verbal and written communication styles to suit various audiences and interactions for diverse purposes and contexts
Be receptive to feedback, willing to learn, and foster continuous personal development
Preferred
Previous work on a government contract is preferred but not required
