Responsibilities

Operate testers and electrical equipment
Collaborate with Tester Engineers and Testing Engineers
Fabricate, modify, or assemble tester and cable components
Apply your fabrication skills to enhance testing processes and equipment
Assist in the calibration and troubleshooting of testers
Prioritize safety and attention to detail in all tasks

Qualification

Required

Associate's degree in a relevant STEM field or equivalent (4 years of directly related experience)
Experience with electrical test equipment (i.e., oscilloscopes, power supplies, digital multimeters, etc.)
Active DOE Q clearance or equivalent with the ability to obtain and maintain Sigma 15 access, which includes random polygraphs

Preferred

Proven experience in fabricating, assembling, and troubleshooting testers or electromechanical assemblies at both the system and component levels
Hands-on experience fabricating testers, cables, or printed wire assemblies
Experience with Nuclear Deterrence electrical testing
Experience with sensors, instrumentation, or data acquisition equipment
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and follow outlined technical procedures
IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-620 Certification
Experience working with classified and hazardous materials/hardware
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships within a team environment
Ability to work independently while maintaining a focus on safety and attention to detail
