Responsibilities

Attend business partner team meetings / relationship management
Perform variance analysis against forecasts and budgets
Prepare standard management and executive-level reporting
Perform process improvements and special projects

Qualification

Financial analysisSAPERP experienceAdvanced MS ExcelProcess improvementHealthcare industry experienceCorporate finance experienceVerbal communicationWritten communicationTeamworkOrganizational skillsAdaptability

Required

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
Ability to interpret financial data and communicate results clearly (written and verbal); translate numbers into stories
Experience with SAP or another large ERP
Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Process improvement experience
Adaptable to changing environment/technology
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field or equivalent experience

Preferred

CPA or MBA preferred
Public accounting experience is a plus
Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
Experience in corporate finance is a plus
