Maintaining and fostering relationships with mortgage brokers

Identifying and supporting new business opportunities

Promoting LendSure’s specialized loan products

Assisting clients with loan submissions

Ensuring satisfaction throughout the loan processing journey

Providing tailored and industry-specific insights regarding the company’s offerings

Maintaining sales targets

Conducting presentations

Staying up-to-date on market trends and regulations

Qualification

Required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills for client engagement and collaboration

Knowledge of loan programs, including Bank Statement Loans, Alt-A programs, Property Investor Loans, and Non-QM programs

Sales skills, including the ability to meet targets, present tailored solutions, and identify business opportunities

Familiarity with financial services, mortgage lending regulations, and industry trends

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple accounts and clients effectively

Preferred

Experience in wholesale or retail lending is a plus

Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is highly desirable
