Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in developing innovative healthcare software products
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure technical feasibility
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception and design to implementation and testing
Foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and collaboration within the engineering team
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development methodologies and quality assurance
Manage technical risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans
Stay abreast on the latest trends and technologies in healthcare software development
Qualification
Required
8+ Years of experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing engineering teams
Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in building and deploying healthcare software products (a plus)
