Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Project Analyst activities for the ED&A team
Support financial tracking, vendor management, and capacity planning
Reconcile resources and assist with sourcing-related work
Track intake items and contribute to intake board activities
Manage the team’s ticket/JIRA board and route requests to appropriate teams
Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including:
+ ED&A team
+ Gen AI team
+ Marketing
+ Sourcing
Address operational issues such as time booking discrepancies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma Required
Strong proficiency in Excel
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
2–3 years of related experience
Preferred
Tableau or Power BI
Experience working in Agile environments
JIRA experience
