Information Technology

Responsibilities

Ensure the health and condition of crops are maintained
Planting and transplanting seedlings
Helping vine crops grow
Removing shoots
Harvesting, weighing, and packing produce
Grading and packaging produce correctly
Monitoring for signs of insect or disease damage
Maintaining workspace cleanliness and organization
Operating farm equipment safely
Regular communication with Team Lead to report quality issues or damage
Ensuring compliance with SOPs, occupational safety, GMPs, food safety, and company policies and procedures
Additional duties as needed or required by management

Required

Experience working in a light industrial environment
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Must be comfortable with heights and using ladders
Able to work in greenhouses with varying environmental conditions, such as heat, UV exposure or a cold packing room
Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs
Able stand for long periods, including walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing
Comply with follow food safety practices
Have reliable transportation to get to work
High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Farming or greenhouse experience
