Responsibilities

Provide administrative support in a team-oriented environment; flexible to support varying teams and cover where necessary
Perform general administrative and office support tasks including but not limited to phone answering, time entry, copying, scanning, filing, mailing, archiving, inventory ordering, and processing incoming and outgoing mail
Provide calendar management and scheduling support across multiple time zones, including coordination of complex meetings and phone / video conference calls
Manage travel & expenses, including making travel arrangements and processing expenses for team members
Coordinate and schedule office events, including recruiting, internal events and external client events as needed
Assist in the coordination of conference rooms, ordering food, printing documents, coordinating interview schedules, liaising with building services, and greeting visitors
Assisting teams in servicing clients, with a focus on operational excellence and customer service
Handle highly confidential and sensitive client information with utmost discretion

Required

Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a professional corporate environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Enjoys working in a team environment - ability to work collaboratively amongst teams locally and globally
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, quick learner and self-starter
Possess critical thinking skills and good judgment
Chooses to always operate with integrity and transparency

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Familiar with expense platforms such as SAP Concur or Ariba preferred
