Responsibilities
Review investment policy statements (IPS), asset allocation proposals, and portfolio construction frameworks for alignment with client mandates
Evaluate multi-asset portfolios across public markets, private assets, and alternatives for diversification, risk-adjusted performance, and suitability
Assess manager selection processes, fee structures, liquidity constraints, drawdown risk, and tax-aware planning decisions
Provide clear, structured written and verbal feedback on analytical rigor, investment rationale, and advisory presentation quality
Participate in evaluation sessions to benchmark advisory quality and portfolio construction proficiency
Identify strengths and improvement areas in asset allocation logic, governance practices, and planning strategy
Contribute domain insights on best practices in wealth management, OCIO, and multi-asset portfolio design
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in wealth management, private banking, OCIO, family offices, or investment advisory roles
Deep proficiency in asset allocation, IPS development, manager due diligence, and multi-asset portfolio management
Solid understanding of risk tolerance mapping, liquidity horizons, fee considerations, and tax-aware investing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and clarity
Proven ability to critique and articulate complex portfolio recommendations and advisory outputs
Familiarity with portfolio governance standards and client reporting best practices
