Responsibilities
Drive the full financial lifecycle for the Go-To-Market (GTM) function, including owning the annual budgeting process, monthly reporting of actuals, and in-depth strategic analysis of spend
Act as a key finance partner to GTM business leaders, ensuring all budget plans are strategically aligned with overall business objective
Work closely with Accounting, Finance, and business leaders to synthesize vendor-level spend data, understand cost drivers, and proactively resolve financial issues
Contribute to broader company-wide planning initiatives in collaboration with the wider finance team
This role offers high visibility into the company's overall strategy, exposure to executive decision-making, and deep involvement in the operational engine of the business
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Comprehensive understanding of financial concepts and analytical methodologies
Advanced technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning software; familiarity with Pigment and Tableau is beneficial
Proven capacity for effective collaboration both within and across various teams; a strong team-player mindset is essential
Experience engaging with senior leadership in a cross-functional and agile setting
Strong ability to communicate, prioritize work, and drive excellence outcomes
