Customer Service Representative

Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
Comfortable using computers, internet browsers, and basic software
Willingness to learn new tools and systems
Genuine desire to help people and solve problems
Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
Preferred
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
