Qualification
Required
Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Phone Etiquette skills
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Computer Literacy and ability to use service management software
Strong organizational skills and attentiveness to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous experience in a service writer or customer service role is advantageous
Familiarity with construction or heavy equipment is a plus but not required
