Respond to member inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Provide accurate information on savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more
Perform account transactions while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
Educate members on products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance their financial journey
Deliver outstanding customer experiences through active listening, adaptability, and engagement
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a structured, schedule-driven environment
Comfort handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
Detail-oriented with solid data entry skills
Preferred
Experience in customer service, call centers, administrative roles, or high-volume retail is a plus
