The role involves overall leadership and management of the PA program, ensuring accreditation standards are met, and collaborating with other program leaders.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Overall leadership, administration, and management of the PA program at campus level
Ensures the quality of education that meets all ARC-PA accreditation standards
Collaborate with other South College PA Program leaders at other campuses to ensure effective organization, administration, fiscal management, educational goals/assessment/analysis, clinical site establishment, oversight of the didactic and clinical curriculum, and planning

NCCPA CertificationPA LicenseAcademic LeadershipClinical ExperienceMaster's DegreeDoctoral DegreeInnovative ApproachesCollaboration Skills

Required

Graduation from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant Program with a minimum of a master's degree
Current NCCPA Certification
PA License in US (if not in Texas, will be necessary to obtain)
3 years in Academic-Based Role, preferably as Director or Associate Director
5 years Clinical Experience as practicing PA

Preferred

Doctoral degree in healthcare related field
