Responsibilities

Engage in production equipment maintenance to ensure continuous production
Provide technical assistance to operators and other departments regarding automated systems
Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot malfunctions on automated machinery
Execute a regular preventive maintenance plan (TPM) and perform equipment modifications
Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical malfunctions on production equipment

Qualification

PLC troubleshootingPneumatics systems repairMechanical systems maintenanceElectrical systems maintenanceBlueprint interpretationTeam collaborationProblem-solving

Required

Experience in pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems
Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Minimum of 3 years of machine repair experience on industrial equipment
Strong experience in repairing pneumatic systems
