Responsibilities
Ability to articulate and communicate across all levels of program personnel up to and including senior executives
Acts as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort
Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues
Oversees Contractor execution of the contract requirements
Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources
Supports project team in the execution of day-to-day tasks, helping ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
Track and report project performance metrics, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Ensure financial oversight with assistance from the program's project controller and contracts' administrator
Drives business and staff development, briefing leadership on program status, milestones, and progress against the contractual objectives
Produces relevant contract artifacts, including CDRLs, procurement, travel, and EWW requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, sixteen (16) years' additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Master's degree and twelve (12) years experience may be substituted
Previous experience supporting NAWCWD, NAVY
Active Secret clearance to start with ability to obtain and maintain TS clearance
FMS experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and Five (5) years of experience with Electronic warfare (EW)/Electronic Attack (EA)
PMP certification
