Responsibilities
Assist Product leads in developing and maintaining comprehensive strategies and roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives
Serve as the end-to-end program management lead for strategic initiatives impacting the portfolio
Build frameworks to track roadmap health and support release management and delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for JIRA, agility, and stakeholder reporting
Foster relationships with technology, operations, and partner teams to ensure mutual goals are met
Qualification
Required
Three or more years of experience in program management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle and Agile frameworks
Proficiency in Agile project management tools, specifically JIRA
Proven ability to lead discovery, ideation, strategic development, and requirements definition
Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing partner engagements in complex organizations
