Apolis is supporting a large-scale Client Marketplace initiative, and they are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to review, evaluate, and process applications from prospective sellers. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to screening guidelines, and sound decision-making for onboarding onto the client's Marketplace platform.

Responsibilities
Review and evaluate new seller applications from overseas countries of incorporation
Approve or decline Marketplace seller applications based on defined onboarding and compliance requirements for both inbound and outbound sellers
Review and adjudicate appealed seller applications
Ensure all reviews are completed accurately and in compliance with documented screening workflows and policies
Analyze and apply information from multiple systems and data sources to make informed decisions
Collaborate with team members and leadership to share feedback, trends, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years of experience in Customer service
1–2+ years of experience in Retail operations
1–2+ years of experience in Administrative or operational support roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in decision-making
Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple systems
Strict adherence to documented workflows, guidelines, and screening requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations
Preferred
Candidates with fluency in the following languages are highly desired: Thai, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, German, French, Vietnamese, Hindi, English
