Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and execute supply chain transformation initiatives from ideation through implementation
Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and governance structures
Manage IT projects including system implementations, upgrades, product launches, and facility expansions
Align cross-functional stakeholders on strategy, goals, resources, and timelines
Organize and lead project core team meetings and executive steering committee sessions
Provide regularclear, consistent communication on project status, risks, dependencies, and critical paths
Create and manage detailed project plans and assign tasks to team members
Manage and ensure quality of key project deliverables including project schedules, budgets, testing plans, and training plans
Track project issues, risks, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution
Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and external regulatory requirements
Support organizational change management activities including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training execution
Qualification
Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional IT and business projects
Deep exposure to supply chain domains such as Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics
Proven ability to manage project timelines, scope, risks, and deliverables
8+ years of experience leading major cross-functional projects in manufacturing or supply chain environments
7–10 years of project delivery experience across business and IT functions
Experience working in SAP-centric environments
Experience managing partnerships with system integrators and external service providers
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and advanced planning applications
Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
Experience supervising or mentoring project team members
PMP certification preferred
Scrum Master certification preferred
