Responsibilities
Conduct audits related to payment and data flows between Client and external partners. Provide recommendations based on regulation and industry best practices
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks in payment data flows and processes. Ensure compliance-related issues are addressed in a timely manner
Monitor and analyze payment metrics, such as transaction volume, decline rates, etc., and identify opportunities for optimization
Operationalize anomaly and issue detection tools so that we can detect and resolve issues faster
Leverage data-driven insights to make informed recommendations on data and process improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including payment gateways, merchant services, digital wallets, and mobile payments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to drive product decisions
Knowledge of payment regulations, security standards, privacy, and industry best practices
Preferred
5+ years of experience in the payments industry
Familiarity with data tools such as: Splunk, Tableau, Numbers/Excel
Knowledge of international payment systems and cross-border transactions
Masters Degree in Business or Data Analytics
