Draft pleadings, motions, orders, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
Counsel clients on legal strategy, rights, obligations, and next steps
Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes efficiently and effectively
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards, deadlines, and local rules
Handle related administrative and case-management functions necessary to deliver high-quality legal services
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in Family Law required (probate experience is a plus)
Strong ethical standards and sound professional judgment
Working knowledge of court procedures, local rules, and family law litigation practice
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Strong client communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
Clear, polished legal writing and confident verbal communication
