Responsibilities

Assemble components and products according to detailed instructions, work orders, or blueprints — with precision, care, and a healthy dose of pride
Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks
Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and exact specifications — because craftsmanship counts
Promptly identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or equipment malfunctions to your supervisor — no detail too small, no issue too minor
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times — a tidy bench builds better gear
Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, procedures, and operational guidelines — respect for the rules keeps everyone moving forward
Consistently meet or exceed production goals and quality benchmarks without compromising standards
Take on additional duties as assigned, whether it’s a new task, tool, or challenge — flexibility is part of the job

Required

High school diploma or equivalent — preferred, but not mandatory
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality — because precision is part of the product
Basic mechanical aptitude, including familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
Solid communication skills and a collaborative attitude — teamwork makes the workflow
Reliable, punctual, and committed to getting the job done right the first time
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Capable of lifting and moving up to 30 lbs as needed
Good manual dexterity and visual acuity — you'll need both to handle small components and maintain consistent quality

Preferred

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus
No experience? That's okay — if you bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training
