Inside Sales Specialist
Sell My Home Carolina is a mission-driven company focused on revitalizing neighborhoods and helping homeowners. They are seeking an Acquisitions Agent who will engage with sellers face-to-face, negotiate deals, and turn conversations into signed contracts, all while building relationships and managing leads effectively.

Meeting sellers in person
Building trust

Turning conversations into signed contracts
Running 8–10 in-person appointments per week across the Charlotte Metro
Talking to sellers, uncovering motivation, and presenting solutions
Negotiating purchase terms that create win-win outcomes
Following up relentlessly (because deals are in the follow-up)
Building relationships with agents, brokers, and wholesalers
Collaborating with the team to get contracts across the finish line
Managing leads, tasks, and notes in Salesforce
Keeping files organized in Dropbox
Showing up engaged for sales training, coaching, and personal development
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience (real estate is a plus, not required)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to attend in-person appointments throughout the Charlotte Metro
Strong communication and follow-up skills
High level of organization and time management
Ability to set goals, execute plans, and hit deadlines
