Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle within your territory, from prospecting through close and account expansion
Build relationships through in-person visits, outbound calls, and field prospecting
Maintain a strong working knowledge of Cribley Materials’ products and services
Partner closely with operations to align customer needs with material availability and execution
Track activity, pipeline, and results accurately in the CRM
Support site operations when needed, including occasional assistance with loading/unloading
Travel locally throughout the Houston Metro Area; occasional offsites and training in Dallas and other Texas markets

Required

B2B sales experience with a track record of success (Logistics, materials, construction, or industrial sales experience preferred)
Comfort engaging directly with decision-makers
Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-up
Entrepreneurial mindset with practical problem-solving skills
Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and standard sales technology
Comfort working in the field and on job sites
Have a strong hunter mindset and enjoy creating new opportunities
Are self-directed, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
Aren't afraid to walk into a yard, introduce yourself, and start a conversation
Communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, text, and email
Take ownership and follow through without heavy oversight
Are curious about how the business operates beyond the sales motion
Value teamwork and are willing to step in where needed
Can manage time effectively in a fast-paced, field-driven environment

Preferred

Logistics, materials, construction, or industrial sales experience preferred
