Responsibilities
Oversee categories of spend and lead strategic sourcing activities for Financial Services, Treasury and Investment teams
Develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement plans for specific product or service categories
Manage supplier relationships
Drive cost reductions
Mitigate risks
Ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Conduct market research
Negotiate contracts
Monitor supplier performance
Analyze spend data
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize value and efficiency within their designated spend categories
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of five years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships or related work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of two years of experience in contract administration and maintaining vendor relationships or related work experience
Preferred
Three or more years of procurement experience, specifically in sourcing financial services and managing suppliers performance
Experience with vendor and contract management (ideally direct category management experience)
Working knowledge of the Coupa platform
Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills
Advanced computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel – including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets – including v-look-up, tables, charts and graphing
