Responsibilities

Proactively sourcing and securing new group and catering business
Managing and responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries with urgency and creativity
Negotiating and executing group and catering contracts
Positioning renovation enhancements, timelines, and future product as key selling points
Supporting overall revenue goals and sales strategy alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing & Sales Team
Representing DoubleTree and HVMG with confidence, warmth, and professionalism

Qualification

Sales strategyContract negotiationHotel experienceDelphi experienceCommunication skills

Required

A college degree or a minimum of two years of hotel experience
Be eligible to work in the United States
Possess the education and communication skills needed to engage clients and guests effectively
Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodation
Fully embrace HVMG's Culture of Excellence, demonstrating a warm smile, friendly personality, and positive attitude
Maintain flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
