High school graduate or equivalent. Knowledge of medical terminology, and data entry training preferred
Employee will be required to travel between all TrueCare’s sites and locations therefore a CA Driver’s License, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required
Certified Enrollment Counselor or eligible for certification within three months of hire
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people of all ages and social and ethnic backgrounds, including patients, medical staff, co-workers, and the public
Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
