Work with the program manager and pest control analyst to monitor and manage the pest control work order queue
Review all temporary increase requests and monitor increased services
Assist with the de-escalation process for increased service
Coordinate with vendors and track service level adjustments
Perform compliance monitoring and administrative tracking
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is a plus
