Administrative Assistants and Receptionists
PrideStaff is seeking experienced administrative assistants and receptionists for companies in Palm Beach County. The role involves managing administrative tasks, front desk duties, and office management to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Responsibilities
Answer calls that come to the mainline
Greet guests upon arrival
Accept deliveries
Maintain office and/or kitchen supplies
Provide administrative assistance to an individual or team
Prepare presentations and meeting agendas
Manage office supply inventory
Sort and distribute mail
Prepare packages for shipping, maintain logs
Maintain company listing, order business cards, etc
Make travel arrangements
Schedule appointments/maintain calendars
Maintain facilities vendors
Process expense reports
Coordinate office events
Manage check deposits and banking
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, some college preferred
MS Office - at the very least, a solid working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
Previous experience in a busy administrative role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Drug screen and background check conducted prior to starting position
