Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the general contractor, the general manager, and the superintendents
Track the progress on each project and keep the general contractor updated
Perform the associated cost estimates, prepare proposals, negotiate customer acceptance of the final settlement price, and bill for the work performed
Evaluate the contractual scope of work and complete the estimate at completion (EAC) for senior leadership approval
Order the materials needed for project completion in a timely manner
Run reports to ensure that the project timelines and profitability metrics are being met
Manage risks and establish project recovery plans when required
Oversee project construction for compliance with specifications, codes, and installation techniques
Qualification
Required
5+ years of HVAC and Mechanical Projects experience
Ability to act as a liaison between the general contractor, the general manager, and the superintendents
Experience in tracking project progress and keeping the general contractor updated
Ability to perform cost estimates and prepare proposals
Experience in negotiating customer acceptance of the final settlement price
Ability to bill for work performed
Experience in evaluating the contractual scope of work
Ability to complete the estimate at completion (EAC) for senior leadership approval
