Responsibilities

Partner with Brokerage Platform Technology and Brokerage Capabilities leaders to advance the Fidelity Wealth and FBSI platform strategy
Lead and execute human capital initiatives across staffing, compensation, talent management, performance, engagement, development, and inclusion
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, enabling the effective design and delivery of people practices that support business outcomes
Develop and deliver human capital programs and initiatives aligned to business and enterprise strategies
Partner with Compensation to ensure alignment with compensation philosophies and practices
Integrate performance and business management processes to align goals, rewards, and accountability
Assess organizational effectiveness and recommend solutions to support business strategy
Leverage data, metrics, and people analytics to drive talent and organizational decisions
Identify talent and capability needs and create plans using talent management tools and resources
Lead and implement organizational design and change initiatives
Partner with talent management to assess, develop, engage, and reward associates
Ensure leadership development and succession solutions build future bench strength
Support staffing, sourcing, and selection strategies for critical roles
Assist with employee relations matters in partnership with legal, risk, compliance, and security as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of experience or a master's degree with equivalent progressive experience
Broad HR business partner experience spanning talent acquisition, compensation, inclusive talent strategies, employee relations, organizational design and development, workforce planning, and change management
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with comfort operating amid ambiguity
Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and accountability for data accuracy and insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executive decision‑making
Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly build subject matter expertise and apply institutional knowledge
Demonstrated autonomy, sound judgment, and ownership of outcomes
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, building trusted relationships with leaders and peers
Strategic, pragmatic thinker with strong business acumen and project management discipline
