Responsibilities
Define scope, goals, milestones, and success criteria; build integrated project plans (charter, WBS, schedule, RAIL log, Risk Register)
Lead cross-functional teams (SIOP, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and IT)
Manage critical path, dependencies, and change control, guide issue resolution
Manage and facilitate projects that drive organizational change with training, SIOP updates, and adoption plans; manage partner communications
Create executive-ready updates: status reports and risk reports with mitigation plans
Facilitate project governance: weekly standups, monthly steering reviews, and gate approvals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years leading supply chain projects
Experience managing scope, cost, schedule, and vendors across multiple sites/functions
Professional certification such as PMP, Scrum Master
