Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
Assist with real-time problem solving to maintain operational flow
Maintain accurate production records, logs, work orders, and compliance documents
Enter data into SAP
Support audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and readiness
Comply with all Wieland policies and environmental standards & report all incidents and near misses immediately
Serve as a liaison between production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams
Coordinate meetings, communicate updates, and escalate issues as needed
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High Diploma Preferred
High regard for Safety and Quality standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Collaboration and Team work skills
Ability to lead and motivate others
Knowledge with Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Preferred
2 years of experience in a Wieland Manufacturing Plant (preferred)
