Responsibilities
Conduct document reviews and assist in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes
Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and marketing materials for adherence to legal requirements
Contribute to junior-level compliance projects, supporting the team in maintaining regulatory standards
Collaborate with senior attorneys to streamline document-related tasks and enhance team efficiency
Assist in analyzing and implementing compliance procedures and policies
Engage in the preparation and maintenance of compliance-related documentation
Support the execution of routine compliance audits and assessments
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
Provide administrative support to legal and compliance teams as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Previous experience in the asset management industry
Strong understanding of compliance-related tasks such as vendor onboarding and NDA reviews
Ability to handle junior-level compliance projects independently
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
Capacity to adapt to a dynamic work environment
