Responsibilities
Create and implement strategies for energy efficiency programs aligned with organizational goals, informed by market trends and regulations
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver energy projects on time and within budget, managing resources and tracking milestones
Set KPIs, track program outcomes, and report progress and insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement
Build partnerships, conduct stakeholder engagement, and lead educational outreach and marketing campaigns to boost program adoption
Provide input on software upgrades, collaborate on development documentation, and manage user acceptance testing
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience providing management leadership for utility programs
A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
Strong decision-making skills
Strong client relationship and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting
Strong computer skills: Full MS Office Suite, and general computer capabilities
