Responsibilities
Owning the end-to-end experience for Small and Medium businesses globally across mobile and web platforms
Cross functional close partnership with the Business and GTM teams including regional leads, industry SMEs, UX and Design teams, Engineering leaders and stakeholders
Crafting the product vision and presenting to senior leadership to elicit their buy in and support
Leading the product roadmap, creating cogent business requirements documents which can easily be translated into product and engineering deliverables
Collaborating closely with engineering partners on technology choices and contributing to/leading technical approach and strategy discussions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience technical product management
Seasoned Amazonian well versed and excelling at working backwards and structured thinking
Experience with AWS Services and concepts is a must
Customer Obsessed
Experience working directly with customers and cross functional teams across Engineering, Business, Design, GTM, Marketing
Solid communicator – able to expertly craft the product vision and present to senior leadership to elicit their buy in and support
Core Product Skills – Lead the product roadmap, create cogent business requirements documents which can easily be translated into product and engineering deliverables
Strong business judgment, ability to dive deep into data and KPIs and collaborate with business teams on big opportunities
Strong Technically, able to collaborate closely with engineering partners on technology choices and contribute to/lead technical approach and strategy discussions
Export Control Requirements: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
Preferred
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
Gen-AI experience and interest is a big plus
