Responsibilities
Service and deploy computer hardware and software for clients or internal users
Utilize data and settings migration, imaging, and application installation tools
Follow verbal and written instructions and scripts accurately
Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and standing for extended periods
Work independently in a contract environment, demonstrating technical proficiency and customer service skills
Maintain system configurations and document procedures as required
Support hardware troubleshooting and resolve technical issues efficiently
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
A+ certification or an equivalent skill set
2+ years of experience in servicing or deploying computer equipment
Proven customer service background
Experience with data migration, imaging, and application deployment
Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and scripts
Certification in hardware platforms or related areas
Capable of physical tasks including lifting and standing for long shifts
Preferred
Experience with multiple hardware platforms and operating systems
Additional certifications such as MCP, MCSE, or Network+
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
