Responsibilities

Choose assignments that fit your schedule and professional goals
Complete most assignments using Toolkit, Appraisify’s proprietary valuation platform
Work on a diverse product mix including hybrids, desktops, HELOCs, investor portfolios, and rental valuations
Get paid via ACH within 7 days of report completion
Access a dedicated dashboard to track report statuses and view payment history
Receive live operations support and one-on-one coaching

Qualification

Certified Residential AppraiserValuation expertiseToolkit proficiencyProperty inspections knowledgeAppraisal reporting skills

Required

Certified Residential Appraiser certification
Ability to choose assignments that fit your schedule and professional goals
Experience with Toolkit or similar proprietary valuation platforms
Ability to complete diverse product mix assignments including hybrids, desktops, HELOCs, investor portfolios, and rental valuations
Ability to receive payments via ACH within 7 days of report completion
Willingness to engage with live operations support and one-on-one coaching
