Responsibilities

Build clear and concise business cases that explain the reasons, costs, benefits, and potential risks of existing card marketing tactics
Develop, maintain, and enhance P&L forecasting to support strategic planning and investment decisions
Track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics to leverage past learnings and inform future strategies
Work with Marketing, Operations, Finance, D&A, Test Design, Targeting, Campaign Execution, and Risk on optimization recommendations across channels to maximize revenue, as well as both internal and external customer experience
Collaborate with team members to identify and automate key areas of the analytic process, reducing manual work and enhancing accuracy
Create and deliver presentations for senior leaders that clearly articulate the objectives and financial implications of investments, both at the aggregate level and for individual initiatives
Manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
4+ years of experience in an analytical or finance-related role
Proficient in building P&L and financial modeling concepts (NPV, ROI, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Adept at working with granular data tables to draw out segment-level profitability
Experience in forecasting and budgeting
Strong quantitative, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and process skills, with attention to detail
Capable of working autonomously in an ambiguous dynamic, matrixed environment and managing multiple responsibilities with tight timelines

Preferred

Knowledge of card and/or banking industries
Experience with Essbase, Tableau, and Alteryx
