They are seeking an entry-level Technical Support Representative with a baseline knowledge of networking technologies to assist customers with technical issues and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

Understanding of layers 1-4 of the OSI model
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies
Basic knowledge of wired networking (switching, basic routing)
Understanding of VPN technologies
Strong work ethic and reliability
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
