Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements, process impacts, and change scope for transformation initiatives Support change planning by identifying stakeholders, user groups, and adoption risks

Create and maintain business-ready documentation (process flows, user stories, impact assessments, SOPs)

Assist in communication planning (audience mapping, key messages, rollout updates) Support training and readiness activities (training needs analysis, enablement support, FAQs)

Track change/adoption metrics and help report progress, risks, and outcomes

Identify resistance points and support mitigation through feedback loops and action plans Coordinate across project teams to manage dependencies, issues, and timeline alignment

Support project delivery governance with status reporting
