Engage in due diligence, drafting, negotiating, and closing real estate purchase and lease transactions
Represent clients in complex real estate transactions throughout the United States
Maintain a focus on initiative, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach
Qualification
Required
Two to six years of experience in real estate law
Significant experience in due diligence, drafting, negotiating, and closing real estate purchase and lease transactions
Excellent prior training at a top-quality firm or legal department
Superior communication and drafting skills
Strong work ethic
Focus on initiative, attention to detail, and client-centric approach
Strong academic credentials
Excellent writing skills
Admission to practice law in the jurisdiction in which the attorney will be practicing
