Responsibilities
Collaborate with LPMs, PMs & SMEs to create high-impact training that sticks
Create content outlines, storyboards, scripts, and scenarios utilizing Gemini
Enhance existing content for blended learning paths (ILTs, eLearnings)
Create interactive learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and Synthesia
Translate English courses across multiple learning paths to French Canadian
Conduct peer reviews providing constructive feedback to maintain quality, consistency, and best practices
Collaborate with an offshore development team
Manage multiple projects independently, meeting fast-paced delivery timelines
Qualification
Required
Fluent in French Canadian and English
5+ years of instructional design experience (flexible on experience for the right candidate)
Intermediate Storyline skills (triggers, layers, xAPI, basic JavaScript)
Experience building modular learning paths
Comfort working in ambiguity and collaborating cross-functionally
Portfolio link must be included on resume to be considered
