The Associate Consultant will work with the consulting team on customer projects in industrial environments, focusing on resolving issues with applications, systems, or networks and ensuring network security and availability.

Responsibilities

Work with our consulting team on customer projects

Resolve issues with applications, systems or networks by designing and implementing solutions

Understand what users need, and modify system and network requirements accordingly

Test and support networks

Assure that the networks are secure and available to all users and that networks operate smooth

Support other consultants with Field Installation work and Customer Activities

Qualification

Required

Experience implementing and administering client and network operating system

Detail-oriented and self-motivated team players and who has strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work in the field with installations - Work locations are primarily in New Jersey at our Office location(s), or customer sites. However, we require a willingness to work at customer locations, primarily in the NY, NJ metro area, with the potential for some travel outside our local area

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, to include Excel, Word, etc

Preferred

Technology experience, degree preferred, not required

Cisco CCNA certification a plus or interest in earning certification
