Conducting personalized, conversion-focused family tours that communicate Alpha's three core commitments and build confidence in our educational approach
Executing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions process
Implementing strict safety and safeguarding procedures to maintain a visibly secure environment for students and families
Managing all facilities operations, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor management, and repair coordination
Regularly reviewing data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
Experience working with children/students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be available to work in person in Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC
