Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective companies and centers of influence using approved scripts
Warm and nurture inbound and outbound leads
Serve as the first point of contact for interested prospects
Schedule and coordinate introductory calls with senior managing directors
Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records through Salesforce
Execute consistent follow-up and touchpoint cadence
Learn Kreshmore Group’s service offerings at a high level in order to articulate them clearly
Provide regular activity and pipeline updates to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
1–3 years of professional experience (sales, business development, client service, or finance preferred)
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort speaking with executives and business owners
Ability to follow scripts and structured outreach processes
Strong organization and attention to detail
Willingness to spend a significant portion of the day on the phone
Familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to converse and build rapport with professionals and executives
Customer / client orientation
Preferred
Exposure to financial services, consulting, or professional services
Interest in investment banking, restructuring, or advisory careers
Experience in a phone-based outreach or SDR role
