New System Laundry is a family-owned linen rental company serving restaurants and medical/dental partners across the Pacific Northwest. They are hiring a route-based Customer Service Representative to manage customer relationships, inventory levels, and ensure prompt service delivery.

Responsibilities

Deliver/pick up linens & supplies; verify tickets and collect signatures
Manage customer inventory levels (keep them stocked—not buried)
Use mobile tools to document service, routes, and updates
Handle customer issues professionally (fix what you can, escalate what you can’t)
Identify add-ons that genuinely help customers (mats, paper/soap, aprons, etc.)
Collect payments when needed and keep documentation accurate
Drive safely, complete pre/post-trip inspections, and support our safety culture

Required

Valid driver's license; comfortable driving a box truck (training provided)
Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
Comfortable using mobile apps daily
Background check + drug screening required for fleet drivers
